POLITICA DE LIVRARE

1. PROCESAREA COMENZII
Comenzile sunt procesate in zilele lucratoare (Luni–Vineri), intre orele 09:00–17:00. Comenzile plasate in weekend sau de sarbatori legale sunt procesate in prima zi lucratoare urmatoare.
Timp de procesare: 1–2 zile lucratoare de la confirmarea platii.
2. OPTIUNI DE LIVRARE
Livrare Standard (Romania)
Cost: 18 RON
Livrare GRATUITA pentru comenzi de peste 399 RON
Curier: Fan Courier / DPD / Cargus (in functie de zona)
Livrare Internationala
Termen: 5–10 zile lucratoare
Cost: calculat la checkout in functie de destinatie
Disponibila in: UE, UK, Republica Moldova
3. URMARIREA COMENZII
Dupa expedierea coletului, vei primi un email cu numarul de urmarire AWB. Poti urmari coletul direct pe site-ul curierului.
4. LIVRARE NEREUSITA
Daca curierul nu te gaseste acasa, va fi lasat un aviz de trecere si se vor face maxim 2 tentative de livrare. Daca ambele tentative esueaza, coletul revine la noi si te vom contacta pentru reprogramare. Costul reexpedierii: 18 RON.
5. DETERIORARE IN TRANSPORT
Daca coletul soseste deteriorat vizibil: refuzi coletul sau notezi deteriorarea pe chitanta curierului, faci fotografii imediat si ne contactezi in 24 de ore la magazinboutiqueforyou@gmail.com.
6. ADRESA GRESITA
Daca ai introdus o adresa gresita la comanda, contacteaza-ne cat mai repede la magazinboutiqueforyou@gmail.com. Nu putem garanta modificarea adresei daca coletul a fost deja expediat.
7. SARBATORI SI PERIOADE AGLOMERATE
In perioadele de sarbatori (Craciun, Paste, Black Friday), termenele de livrare pot fi extinse cu 1–3 zile lucratoare. Te vom informa prin email in cazul unor intarzieri semnificative.

1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday), between 09:00–17:00 (GMT+2). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Processing time: 1–2 business days from payment confirmation.
2. SHIPPING OPTIONS
Standard Shipping (Romania)
Cost: 18 RON
FREE SHIPPING on orders over 399 RON
Carrier: Fan Courier / DPD / Cargus (depending on area)
International Shipping
Timeframe: 5–10 business days
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination
Available to: EU countries, UK, Republic of Moldova
3. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (AWB). You can track your parcel directly on the carrier's website.
4. FAILED DELIVERY
If the courier cannot find you at home, a delivery notice will be left and a maximum of 2 delivery attempts will be made. If both fail, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to reschedule. Re-shipping cost: 18 RON.
5. DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged: refuse the parcel or note the damage on the courier's receipt, take photographs immediately, and contact us within 24 hours at magazinboutiqueforyou@gmail.com.
6. INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you entered an incorrect delivery address, contact us as soon as possible at magazinboutiqueforyou@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes if the parcel has already been dispatched.
7. HOLIDAYS AND PEAK PERIODS
During holiday seasons (Christmas, Easter, Black Friday), delivery times may be extended by 1–3 business days. We will notify you by email in case of significant delays.
