POLITICA DE RETURNARE SI RAMBURSARE

1. DREPTUL DE RETUR — 30 DE ZILE

Conform legislatiei europene (OUG 34/2014 privind drepturile consumatorilor), ai dreptul de a returna orice produs in termen de 30 de zile calendaristice de la data primirii, fara a fi nevoie sa justifici decizia.

2. CONDITII PENTRU RETUR

Produsul trebuie:

  • Sa fie in starea originala (nefolosit, nespalat)
  • Sa aiba toate etichetele originale intacte
  • Sa fie ambalat corespunzator pentru transport
  • Sa fie insotit de factura / bonul de comanda

Nu sunt eligibile pentru retur:

  • Produse care au fost folosite, spalate sau modificate
  • Produse cu etichete lipsa sau deteriorate
  • Produse deteriorate din vina clientului
  • Articole de lenjerie intima si costume de baie (din motive de igiena)
  • Produse personalizate la comanda

3. CUM INITIEZI UN RETUR

Pasul 1: Trimite un email la magazinboutiqueforyou@gmail.com cu subiectul "RETUR #[numarul comenzii]" si include numarul comenzii, produsele pe care doresti sa le returnezi si motivul returului (optional).

Pasul 2: Vei primi in maxim 24 ore un email de confirmare cu adresa de retur si instructiunile de ambalare.

Pasul 3: Expediezi produsele pe adresa indicata. Costul returului este suportat de client, cu exceptia cazului in care produsul este defect sau incorect.

Pasul 4: Dupa receptionarea si verificarea produselor (1–3 zile lucratoare), procesam rambursarea.

4. RAMBURSAREA

Metoda: Rambursarea se face prin acelasi mijloc de plata folosit la comanda.
Termen: 3–7 zile lucratoare de la aprobarea returului.
Suma rambursata: Valoarea produselor returnate. Costul original de livrare nu se ramburseaza daca returul este partial. Daca returnezi intreaga comanda, costul de livrare se ramburseaza.

5. PRODUSE DEFECTE / GRESITE

Daca ai primit un produs defect sau gresit fata de comanda, contacteaza-ne in 48 de ore de la primire la magazinboutiqueforyou@gmail.com, cu fotografii clare ale produsului si ambalajului. Noi suportam costul returului si reexpedierii. La alegere: inlocuire cu produsul corect sau rambursare completa.

6. SCHIMB DE PRODUS

Daca doresti alta marime sau culoare: urmeaza procedura de retur pentru produsul original si plaseaza o noua comanda pentru varianta dorita.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. RIGHT OF RETURN — 30 DAYS

In accordance with European legislation (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to return any product within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, without needing to provide a reason.

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

The product must:

  • Be in its original condition (unused, unwashed)
  • Have all original labels intact
  • Be properly packaged for transportation
  • Be accompanied by the invoice/order receipt

Not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Products with missing or damaged labels
  • Products damaged due to customer fault
  • Intimate wear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-made or personalized products

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Step 1: Send an email to magazinboutiqueforyou@gmail.com with the subject "RETURN #[your order number]", including your order number, the products you wish to return, and the reason (optional).

Step 2: You will receive within 24 hours a confirmation email with the return address and packaging instructions.

Step 3: Ship the products to the indicated address. Return shipping cost is covered by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Step 4: After receiving and verifying the products (1–3 business days), we process the refund.

4. REFUND

Method: Refund is issued via the same payment method used for the original order.
Timeframe: 3–7 business days from return approval.
Refund amount: Value of returned products. Original shipping cost is not refunded for partial returns. Full shipping cost is refunded if the entire order is returned.

5. DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you received a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at magazinboutiqueforyou@gmail.com with clear photos. We cover return and reshipping costs. Your choice: replacement or full refund.

6. PRODUCT EXCHANGE

If you want a different size or color: follow the return procedure for the original product and place a new order for the desired variant.
